- 2 small Salmon Fillets
- 2 tbsp Tutu’s Pantry Lilikoi Curd per filet
- 1/2 package Tutu’s Pantry Macadamia Nut Flour
- 1/2 package of Tutu’s Pantry Macadamia Nut Lavender Seasoning
- Cayenne pepper to taste (optional)
Preheat oven to 350. Cover cookie sheet with aluminum foil and coat lightly with your favorite no-stick product. Season Salmon with Lavender Macadamia Nut Seasoning. Place salmon over aluminum sheet. Generously coat the salmon with Tutu’s Pantry Lilikoi Curd. For added taste, sprinkle with cayenne pepper. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Tutu’s Pantry Macadamia Nut Flour. Set oven to broil and place back into the oven for two minutes, or just enough time to add a golden color to the Macadamia nut flour. Serve over rice and use left over Tutu’s Pantry Lilikoi Curd for dipping.
You can substitute the salmon for Talapia, Halibut, Mahi Mahi, or chicken breast.
