This sauce is typical Hawaii….tangy, fruit forward, but not too sweet. It’s got bold warmth with a citrus kick to bring out the natural flavors of seafood. It pairs perfectly with any fresh fish or ceviche, and is an excellent addition to fish tacos.
It is also made with fermented peppers, which is known to increase bioavailable nutrients in food, as well as produce B vitamins, lactic acid and omega 3’s.
