WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
For the Crust:
- 2 cups Graham Cracker crumbs
- 6 Tbs butter melted
- 1 Tbs sugar
For the Filling:
- 2 jars (7.5oz) Tutu’s Pantry Lilikoi Curd
- 2 pkg (8oz) Cream Cheese soften
For the Topping:
- 3 egg whites room temperature
- 1/2 bottle Tutu’s Pantry Macadamia Nut Syrup
- 1 Tbs Lemon zest
HOW TO MAKE IT
- PREHEAT oven to 325F.
- LINE a 9 inch pan with parchment paper with ends extending over sides. Combine Graham crumbs, sugar, butter and press onto bottom of prepared pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Cool down.
- BEAT Cream Cheese and Lilikoi Curd with a beater until smooth. Poor on cooked Graham Cracker crustand refrigerate.
- HEAT Macadamia Nut Syrup to almost a boil.
- BEAT Egg whites with a beater until white and fluffy. Continue beating on slow and slowly pour warm Macadamia Nut Syrup.
- POUR over the cooled Lilikoi cheese tart.
- BROIL ON LOW for 3 minutes or till Golden brown on top. Pemove from oven and sprinkle Lemom Zest
- SERVE AND ENJOY
