WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
For the Crust:
* 2 cups Graham Cracker crumbs
* 6 Tbs butter melted
* 1 Tbs sugar
For the Filling:
* 2 jars (7.5oz) Tutu’s Pantry Lilikoi Curd
* 2 pkg (8oz) Cream Cheese soften
For the Topping:
* 3 egg whites room temperature
* 1/2 bottle Tutu’s Pantry Macadamia Nut Syrup
* 1 Tbs Lemon zest
HOW TO MAKE IT
PREHEAT oven to 325F.
LINE a 9 inch pan with parchment paper with ends extending over sides.Combine Graham crumbs, sugar, butter and press onto bottom of prepared pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Cool down.
BEAT Cream Cheese and Lilikoi Curd with a beater until smooth. Poor on cooked Graham Cracker crustand refrigerate.
HEAT Macadamia Nut Syrup to almost a boil.
BEAT Egg whites with a beater until white and fluffy. Continue beating on slow and slowly pour warm Macadamia Nut Syrup.
POUR over the cooled Lilikoi cheese tart.
BROIL ON LOW for 3 minutes or till Golden brown on top. Pemove from oven and sprinkle Lemom Zest
