Directions

  1. Oil both sides of Fish first, rub Seasoning, next dust in Nut Flour.
  2. In a sauté pan heat oil to a Medium High.
  3. Sauté encrusted Fish on Low for 5 minutes each side.
  4. Cover with lid while cooking each side.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Serve Fish while hot and add 1 tbsp Mango Butter on top of each filet.
  7. Serve with white rice and veggies or eat it with fresh tortillas.
