i got this on an unexciting trip to Hawaii and it was the highlight of not just that vacation, but that entire summer. The amount of flavor contained in this bottle astonishes me every time my nose is blessed by it’s fragrance. Not to mention that the thickness and amount of heterogeneity is exactly what I should desire from a hot sauce. The closest thing to a downside about it is how heavily it leans into the sweet and tangy aspects of its ingredients which risks sacrificing the heat being brought to the table. This small quirk aside, I’m amazed at how close the Volcano Spice Maui Tiger Shark sauce comes to being the absolute perfect hot sauce to liberally drizzle over fish, veggies, grilled chicken, rice, and so many more.

This is the best hot sauce I have ever tasted! Not too hot. Goes with almost anything! Our favorite uses are on pizza, tacos and breakfast burritos. Do yourself a favor and try a bottle. You are going to love it!
