How spicy are your hot sauces?
We label every hot sauce with a heat level so you can choose with confidence — from Mild to Extra Hot. Check the individual product page for the exact heat level of any bottle you’re considering. If you’re new to Hawaiian hot sauce or unsure where to start, our milder, fruit-forward sauces (mango, pineapple, lilikoi) are a great entry point.
Are your products gluten-free or vegan?
Many of our products are gluten-free, and ingredient lists are noted on individual product pages. If a specific dietary need is important to you, please check the product page or contact us directly at [email protected] before ordering — we’re happy to help you find the right fit.
Do you ship outside of Hawaii?
Yes. We ship throughout the United States. We don’t currently ship internationally. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How long does shipping take?
Please allow about 7 business days for us to process and ship your order. Delivery time after that depends on your location. You can also pick up online orders at our Kihei shop 7 days a week during business hours.

Where are your products made?
Tutu’s Pantry is based in Kihei, Maui. Our house-made line is produced in Hawaii, and we also carry products from other Hawaii makers we’ve chosen to feature, along with locally made jewelry and art.
Where is your shop, and when are you open?
Our retail shop is at Rainbow Mall in Kihei, right below Cafe O’Lei: 2439 South Kihei Road #114A, Kihei, Maui. We’re open Monday through Friday, 11 am to 6 pm, and Saturday and Sunday, 11 am to 5 pm.
Can I try products before I buy?
Yes! Stop by our Kihei shop and we’re happy to let you sample many of our products before you buy.
