I just made this with a huge flank steak and my family loved it. The blend of cacao and coffee smell a lot like Mexican Mole sauces, with a sweet, earthy flavor and a little bit of heat. Also works great sprinkled over bacon!

Bought a small pkg at TuTu’s during a July 2021 visit to Maui. Omg!! Try it on salmon and thank me later. I mean liberally coat your fish and then cook how ever you like – It is amazing!! Have tried on bacon, burgers, chicken, shrimp – even in etouffee- it never disappoints. Worth every penny, even with shipping!! Visiting my daughter in Maui in Feb, will definitely be bringing a bunch home.

This is one of my favorite Hawaiian finds ever! Always buy a couple bags at a time, which lasts if I don’t give them away. I actually love this on popcorn, melted in with the butter, and in scrambled eggs, or to season tofu! Such a great blend of spices and so delicious on everything I’ve tried it on.
