This sauce is smoky, sweet and spicy from Kauai Juice Co. This specialty batch sauce started as a just-for-fun experiment and turned into a fan favorite. It has a medium level of heat and pairs fantastically with BBQ pork and chicken.
It is also made with fermented peppers, which is known to increase bioavailable nutrients in food, as well as produce B vitamins, lactic acid and omega 3’s.
