Headaches, Motion Sickness, and Morning Sickness – Spray to the center of the crown; spray onto your index finger, rub with your other index finger, then lightly massage your temples with one index on each in a circular motion. Do not get too close to eyes.

Stress Relief – Keeping bottle at a distance, spray directly into a warm bathtub of water, soak and relax, add more per your preference of strength.
