HI Spice Sriracha Hot Sauce

This is the HI Spice version of the cult classic from Huy Fong….Sriracha!!!  We use Hawai’i-grown red ripened jalapenos for its incredible flavor and added the fiery little Hawaiian chilies we all love here in the islands for an extra little bump in heat you don’t expect in a Sriracha style sauce.  On top of all that goodness, this sauce is absolutely loaded with ALL the garlic.  Sweetened with local Maui honey and zero artificial preservatives, we enhanced the chili and garlic flavor using fresh squeezed Maui lime juice for an epic pop of flavor!!

How we like to sauce it up…

Sriracha is one of the most versatile sauces out there for any type of cuisine, but we have been loving ours on Mac ‘n Cheese, pizza, and mixed with honey it’s the perfect Wing Sauce!!
