The Maui Cocktail Kit “Pa’ia Sangria” was named after the historical North Shore Maui town of Pa’ia
Ingredients: Mango ∙ Orange ∙ Lemon ∙ Starfruit ∙Dragonfruit ∙ Liliko’i (Passion Fruit)
This white wine and rum infusion features ripe Maui summer fruits and is my favorite to share with friends for any outdoor celebration. The vibrant hot pink color and juicy fruit flavors are a show-stopper every time!
How to use: Add bottle of white wine + 1/2 cup white rum + Chill 1-3 days = Enjoy
Katie’s favorite way to serve (but not the only way)
Pour 4 oz of Sangria Infusion (ideally from a beautiful glass pitcher) into champagne flutes or wine glasses
Top with 2 oz sparkling water
Garnish with an orange wheel or twist and a flower
