4 chicken breasts
8 bacon or turkey-bacon slices
2 large, ripe bananas
8 Tbsp Tutu’s Pantry Maui Onion Chili Pepper Jelly
1 Tbsp Tutu’s Pantry All Purpose Hawaiian Seasoning
Preheat oven to 370. Butterfly the chicken breast and rub Tutu’s Pantry All Purpose Hawaiian Seasoning on both sides of the chicken. Use 1 tbsp of Tutu’s Pantry Maui Onion Chili Pepper Jelly per chicken breast for a delicious glaze. Cut bananas in half. Use one half banana per butterflied chicken breast. Roll the chicken breast with banana inside. Wrap two slices of bacon around each chicken-wrapped banana, covering it all. Use tooth picks to secure all in place. Bake for 25 minutes or until bacon is golden brown. Serve with Salad or your prefered side. We recommend Tutu’s Pantry Mango Chutney for side sauce.
